Delete Your Account

You can delete your Comprende account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from the app

  1. 1 Open the Comprende app on your device.
  2. 2 Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
  3. 3 Scroll to the Account section and tap "Delete Account".
  4. 4 Confirm by tapping "Delete" in the dialog. Your account and data will be permanently removed.

What gets deleted

  • Your user profile and email
  • Your usage history and credit balances
  • Your detailed view records
  • Any active subscription (you will not be charged again)

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
